Return Policy & Shipping

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges 

For a Full Refund: You may return your purchase within 5 days of receipt to receive a full refund. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received. The refund will be sent upon receipt of the returned item. 

Exchanges: If the size of a clothing item purchased doesn’t fit, you may exchange or return it. Please note that some items run small, and we recommend ordering a larger size to be sure of a correct fit where appropriate.

Shipping

Damage During Shipment: If an item is damaged in shipping, you may either get a complete refund or a replacement.  

Tracking: Most items receive a tracking number.

Delays and Back Orders: We will keep you informed of any delay in our ability to fulfill your order in the time stated on the purchase site. If an item is on back-order, we will provide a full refund if you choose to cancel your order.

International orders are shipped via First Class Mail. First Class Mail typically arrives within 10 days. The tracking number for First Class Mail only allows you to see that the item was shipped to you and the date it was shipped. To follow the order further, you must purchase the Express Mail option. Express typically arrives within 5 days.
